Knights of the Guild

    Thursday, April 10, 2008, 02:09 PM [General]

Welcome to the Knights of the Guild page! We are a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit educational services corporation located in Spring Branch, Texas, just north of San Antonio. Using the themes of knighthood and chivalry, we provide character education programs for schoolchildren throughout Texas and beyond. Our main assembly is a jousting tournament, which also includes displays of ring jousting, tent pegging, and swordplay. We also bring our production to festivals, faires, stock shows, rodeos, etc. anywhere in the continental U.S. We use completely authentic armor, weapons, and warhorses. We also own Thor, the Guinness world record-breaking tallest living horse on earth. For a complete description of our programs and services, see our website at www.knightlife.net.

Here, here, Sir Knight; how be ye and thy quest? Word of thine exploits hath not crossed the pathways this Shire of late?

    Good Knights of the Guild,

Ahh, tis the joust troupe I belong to for many years. I pray Good Sir Randall and the rest of you Brother and Sister knights are doing well and things are in full swing. I must say, I love riding Thor. He handles so well with the touch of a finger. I am also awaiting a new picture from Sir Randall to add in the knight section of the main website. In the meantime, I shall once again be traveling to San Antonio this Fall after performing up here and on my way to TRF. The possibility if tyme to stop by the ranch is good. In the meantime, all be well..

What a grand undertaking! I would be most honored someday and most attentive to learn all of thy group.
